Experience Sharing Forum UK
We are hosting an exclusive event discussing the role of threat intelligence in modern cybersecurity and how it can be utilised to better protect organisations.

For a number of years mnemonic has gathered the UK cybersecurity family for our bi-annual Experience Sharing Forum. No sales or marketing. Strictly experience sharing amongst peers in the security community.
This May we are excited to bring our Experience Sharing Forum back to the UK – returning to the intimate setting of the Scotch Malt Whisky Society’s private members bar in London. Twenty of the UK’s most prominent figures in cybersecurity will gather for discussions around the most up to date Threat Intelligence, networking and a guided Whisky Tasting through a flight of the Society’s finest malt Whisky.
mnemonic’s Experience Sharing Forums are hosted across Europe with the goal of bringing together the security community to share, network and learn from each other. Each forum is tied to a topic, and may include presentations, panel discussions, roundtables and interactive activities to help facilitate experience sharing amongst all attendees. This is a sales and marketing free zone.

The Wall and the Camera – Prevention and Detection in a Cyber Security Community with Lex Crielaars, mnemonic In this presentation, Lex reveals how mnemonic uncovered multiple zero-day exploits during an incident response case at a national level. You will see first-hand how a nation-state actor used sophisticated techniques to achieve persistence in an attempt to steal sensitive data, showcasing the real-world application of these exploits. Attendees will gain insight into the mindset and methods of nation-state hackers, learning how they navigate and exploit vulnerabilities within highly secure environments. This case study highlights the critical importance of proactive security measures and the need for continuous vigilance in the face of evolving threats. By dissecting the breach, mnemonic aims to arm organisations with the knowledge to better protect against similar nation-state level threats, emphasising the ongoing battle between security professionals and advanced threat actors. |
