mnemonic selected as cybersecurity provider in Swedish national SOC initiative
mnemonic has been selected as a provider of security monitoring services under a new framework agreement as part of the establishment of Sweden’s national Security Operations Center, SOC-SE

The framework agreement will support organisations affected by Sweden's implementation of the European Union’s NIS2 directive and includes a limited set of approved vendors that have been thoroughly reviewed by the Swedish Civil Defence and Resilience Agency (MCF). The agreements are intended to be transferred to the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC-SE) as part of the continued establishment of Sweden's national cybersecurity capability.
mnemonic was awarded all three areas for which we submitted a tender:
- Security Monitoring for Operational Technology Environments
- External Network Surveillance
- IT Security Monitoring for Larger Organisations
Supporting Sweden's digital resilience
The agreement is part of the continued development of SOC-SE, Sweden’s national capability for strengthening operational cybersecurity across critical and important organisations.
“We are very proud to be selected as one of the providers supporting this important national initiative. The agreement is also an important step in mnemonic’s continued growth in Sweden and strengthens our position as a long-term independent European cybersecurity partner,” says Ola Lindgren, CEO of mnemonic Sweden.
“With a local Security Operations Centre and security experts in Sweden, backed by more than 25 years of experience protecting critical organisations across Europe, we can provide local expertise and vendor-neutral capabilities tailored to Swedish organisations while keeping critical security capabilities within Europe,” he continues.
mnemonic established its local Swedish Security Operations Centre in Stockholm in 2025, giving Swedish organisations access to Swedish-speaking and security-cleared experts with Swedish citizenship. The local team is backed by mnemonic’s wider European security organisation and more than 25 years of experience delivering security services to organisations with high security requirements.
This combination of local Swedish expertise and European capabilities gives organisations an alternative when considering not only how their security services are delivered, but also where their security expertise and operational capabilities reside.
The framework agreements have been awarded to a limited number of suppliers and can be used by eligible organisations to procure services according to their needs. The agreement is managed by the National Cyber Security Centre Sweden (NCSC-SE).
