mnemonic once again listed among Norway’s best workplaces
For the 14th year in a row, mnemonic secures a place among Norway’s best workplaces in the Great Place to Work ranking

mnemonic is ranked 2nd among Norway’s best workplaces in the category for organisations with 200 to 499 employees. This is the 14th time mnemonic is listed among the top ten workplaces in Norway in the ranking organised by Great Place to Work (GPTW), a global advisory institute that measures and analyses the culture in workplaces.
mnemonic, that also has offices in Sweden, Denmark, the Netherlands and the UK, was recognised among Europe’s best workplaces last year, marking its seventh consecutive year on the European list.
Long-term investments in people and competence
This consistent recognition over time shows that mnemonic’s investments into its own people are making a difference. This includes significant investments in continuous learning for all employees and mnemonic’s own Research & Development initiatives across a broad set of security fields. mnemonic’s historically low employee turnover rate at around 4% is another proof of this approach making a difference for mnemonic’s employees.
Tønnes Ingebrigtsen, CEO at mnemonic, explains that in addition to being a benefit for mnemonic’s employees, this provides mnemonic with the ability to maintain strong knowledge retention and continuity for its customers:
“This, combined with the fact that we are working with some of Europe’s most important organisations, gives our employees the opportunity to take on some of the industry’s most professionally rewarding assignments. As a result, we create a team of passionate experts who are motivated to go the extra mile.”
“We often hear from our customers that a key differentiator for them is the culture at mnemonic, and that it really stands out how well people are treated. This has an effect on everyone our customers interact with. Everyone is positive, engaged, and focused on the challenges in front of them,” he continues.
We’re always on the lookout for dedicated people that would like to be part of our approach to cybersecurity. Whether you’re a security expert, like to break things, or are simply passionate about protecting our digital future, visit the link below to find out if mnemonic is the right fit for you.
