We’ve been named one of 2025’s Best Workplaces in Europe
We're ranked 4th on Best Workplaces list in Europe!

For the 8th time, mnemonic has been awarded a place on the Great Place to Work® list of 2025 Best Small & Medium Workplaces in Europe, a category for organisations with 50–499 employees.
Great Place To Work is a global consultancy that identifies the Best Workplaces in Europe by analysing companies’ workplace culture and surveying employees about the key factors that create a great workplace.
mnemonic ranked 1st among the top workplaces in Norway
This is another good result in Great Place to Work’s ranking for mnemonic. Earlier this year, mnemonic also ranked 1st among the top workplaces in Norway.
When receiving the award, mnemonic’s Emma Grönlund Aamodt, BID Manager, and Kåre Magne Almåsbakk, Manager for Business Development & Contracting, were asked why they believe mnemonic keeps ranking high on both the Norwegian and European lists of best workplaces.
In her answer, Emma Grönlund Aamodt highlighted the company’s ability to build trust:
“We place a lot of trust in our employees. Everyone is given a lot of responsibility and autonomy to decide themselves how they solve a task or a problem, and how they best learn and further develop their skills. This trust gives everyone an opportunity to grow, both professionally and personally.”
On stage, Kåre Magne Almåsbakk added that this is also reflected in mnemonic’s perspective on leadership:
“Our managers, no matter at what level, are not just leaders in the traditional sense of the word, but also leaders within their particular field. They have taken leadership positions because they are heavily invested in their field, and feel a sense of responsibility to the further advancement of it.”
“I believe this level of engagement rubs off on employees, both in terms of commitment and contributing to progression.”
