Our strategy places strong emphasis on workplace well-being. Because of the company culture, employee retention rate remains consistently above 96%. This is unique in the cybersecurity industry and enables us to provide continuity and high quality services over time.
Great Place to Work lists mnemonic among the top workplaces in Europe and #1 in Norway for several years.
For close to two decades, mnemonic has engaged in practical research projects with academia, government and industry aiming to develop new standards and novel solutions to solve the toughest cybersecurity challenges. When possible, we open source all results we find useful.
Mature processes to protect our customers’ digital assets
We adopt established frameworks to continuously improve our working methodologies and processes, and are certified against relevant industry standards.
This includes certification towards ISO 27001 for information security management, ISO 9001 for quality management, and SOC 2 asserted - a voluntary compliance standard for service organisations managing customer data. In addition, our environmental management system is certified to ISO 14001 and Eco-Lighthouse.
While we ensurr our internal governance, our services directly addresses governance requirements our customers are facing, such as: NIS2, DORA, relevant national Security Acts and Cyber Resilience Act (CRA).
We are certified to the Eco-Lighthouse standard. In cooperation with Eco-Lighthouse , we have established an active strategy for our environmental work.
The strategy covers several areas, including our working environment and training, purchasing and use of materials, energy use and consumption, waste management, and emissions.
