Diversity

It is important that everyone in mnemonic gets the opportunity to develop their competence and capacity to the fullest, across gender and other dividing lines.

To support this, we established SheSpeaks, a cross-departmental group working on matters related to diversity and equality across the company. Since its presentation to the management group in 2022, SheSpeaks has maintained ongoing dialogue with leadership, ensuring that inclusion remains a priority in decision-making and company culture. As well as initiate activities to foster a workplace where everyone feels represented.

We are also active participants in external networks and initiatives like the ODA Network, the Nordic region’s leading network for promoting diversity in technology, and Ada_, an initiative aimed at increasing the number of women graduating from technology programs at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
